OUR HISTORY
Don Ceviche opened its first site to the public in April 2017, at the LIC FLEA Market, located in Long Island City - Queens, proved to be a great success due to its originality and live presentation of preparing its dishes. Guests were treated to a unique and first-hand experience of seeing the techniques of the chef on the fly, as well as the use of the combination of flavors and cuts of traditional Peruvian Ceviche.
